Ten years ago roughly twenty LRA rebels came looking for Helen’s son. “If he is not here, then we will cut you.” Neighbors, hearing her cries, ran away. The boy who mutilated her was abducted from the same village. Helen and her second husband now take care of six orphans. Her first husband, a Captain, was killed during Idi Amin’s time.
